1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ivory AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ivory AI provides AI-powered chatbot agents for businesses. Our Service includes custom AI agent creation, website widget integration, lead capture, and related tools. The AI agents are trained on your business information to answer customer questions and capture leads on your behalf.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use the AI agent to provide medical, legal, or financial advice
  • Collect or harvest personal data without proper consent

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI chatbot agents generate responses based on the information you provide and AI language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of information provided by your AI agent. Ivory AI is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

6. Free Trial, Payment, and Billing

  • New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • At the end of the trial period, you may subscribe to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your access to the Service will be limited.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($97/month as of March 2026) and automatically renew each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data and content. We retain ownership of the Ivory AI platform, technology, and software. You grant us a limited license to use your business data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IVORY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ivory AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
